Publication Ethics

  • Ethical Standard: Journal of Applied Research and Innovation (JARI) is committed to maintaining the highest ethical standards for all parties involved in the act of publishing in a double-blind and peer-reviewed journal: author(s), editors, peer reviewers, and publisher. The principles of publication ethics are based on the Committee of Publication Ethics (COPE) All parties (authors, reviewers, editors, and publishers) should follow the best-practice guidelines on ethical behavior contained therein.
  • Responsibility: JARI journal has a primary responsibility to publish the original work of value to the intellectual community in the best possible form and the highest possible standards, with an expectation of similar standards from our reviewers and Honesty, originality, and fair dealing on the part of authors, and fairness, objectivity, and confidentiality of editors and reviewers are among the critical values that enable us to achieve our goal. JARI journal is committed to following the best practices on ethical matters, errors, and retractions and providing a legal review if necessary.
  • Journal Standard: JARI journal pledges to maintain the highest standards of integrity, honesty, and transparency across all publication phases. Observance of ethical norms and professionalism is mandatory for the authors, reviewers, editors, and editorial team during submission, review, and publication.
  • Authorship and Attribution: Authors must ensure originality in their submissions to acknowledge all contributors adequately. Every listed author should make significant research contributions for accountability over content or results. Prior approval from all involved parties is necessary for any alterations to authorship or order before publication.
  • Plagiarism or academic misconduct: Plagiarism or academic misconduct in any form of research is unacceptable in this journal. Authors are required to check their manuscripts thoroughly against plagiarism by avoiding unauthorized copying or misrepresentation of others' work through proper citation according to academic conventions and guidelines.
  • Data accuracy and trustworthiness: Data accuracy and trustworthiness are paramount with full disclosure needed on the potential conflicts of the interest that could skew research findings' interpretation or display. Data creation or alteration tampering is not allowed and may result in swift rejection or withdrawal of manuscripts.
  • Disclosure Concern: Full disclosure concerning conflicts of interest affecting impartiality during publication process by authors/reviewers/editors is crucial. Financial interests’ affiliations personal relationships, and possible decision-making biases could impact perception/bias which this journal can address to maintain process integrity and credibility.
  • Reviewers: Reviewers must keep information about the manuscript review, content, and results confidential and not share it with authorized Reviewers need to give impartial, helpful, and fair sentiments of the manuscripts’ academic quality, without letting the personal prejudices or connections influence judgments.
  • Editorial Team: Editorial team of JARI journal has the responsibility of making decisions about the quality, relevance, and originality of submitted manuscripts well nurtured in ethical standards and publication policies. Editorial choices are not influenced by the business interests, political influences, or personal connections.
  • Errors or inaccuracies: JARI journal pledges promptly and openly to rectify any errors or Authors are urged to inform editorial team of the important mistakes and inaccuracies found in published work necessary corrections for revisions or at made infringement integrity and credibility.
