Journal of Applied Research and Innovation (JARI) was officially launched on the 2nd of June 2025, managed by JARI Publisher, under Human Resource University (HRU), located in Cambodia. JARI journal is available online and is a double-blind, peer-reviewed journal that serves as a dynamic platform for disseminating and exchanging academic research relevant to practice and innovation of education, instruction, professional development, politic science, language or linguistics, marketing, law, business, economy, psycho-pedagogy, public policy, and technology, in both the Cambodian and global contexts. JARI invites scholars, researchers, and practitioners to engage in critical analysis and discussions on the themes such as psycho-pedagogical advancements, education innovation, language acquisition, law practice, business launching, economic launching, marketing practice, public policy, politic science, and technology-enhanced learning. The primary objectives of the JARI journal are to foster knowledge sharing and intellectual discourse while addressing the contemporary challenges in education, language instruction, law, business, economy, marketing, public policy, politic science, and technology. It aims to reach policymakers, educators, and academic institutions by offering diverse perspectives on emerging trends and best practices in teaching and learning. Additionally, JARI is committed to supporting initiatives that enhance educational quality, promote multidisciplinary practices, and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals beyond the Cambodian and global contexts.

JARI journal is a double-blind, peer-reviewed, international, and interdisciplinary research journal. The JARI journal follows a semiannual publishing schedule and welcomes research papers and article/book reviews. The journal template can be downloaded as Article Template, Article/Literature-Review Template, or Book Review Template. Manuscripts must be submitted to Submissions or info@jari.hru.edu.kh in MS WORD format with a clear declaration that,
- The submission is original,
- The submission is not being considered elsewhere,
- There is no conflict of interest and,
- The authors agree to grant the first editing or publishing rights to the journal upon acceptance.
- Original articles: No longer than 7000 words, including tables, figures, references, and appendices
- Article review (4000 – 6000 words)
- Book Review (2000 - 3000 words)
Prospective author(s) shall provide the editorial team with:
- The scope of the JARI and the significance of the topic.
- The original full manuscript of the Article with format or template;
- The targeted audiences;
- A short introduction to the Article
- Curriculum vitae of the author;
- Your choice to publish the article with the JARI Journal
- If your manuscript is based on an article, article review, or book review, please state how the analytical views and critical arguments have been mentioned.
